Full Written Report
A summative or full write-up documenting findings, clinical impressions, and all recommendations clearly and accessibly.

Diagnosis (If Appropriate)
Where applicable, a formal diagnosis is provided based on comprehensive evaluation of all gathered data.

Debriefing Session
A follow-up debriefing to walk through the results, answer your questions, and discuss next steps together.
